I want to take this layout (http://bit.ly/IUgiF0) and revise the header to reflect the drop-down navigation attached. The header will be broken into three sections (top nave bar, graphic section, down-down navigation). The oval shaped logo will be a DIV overlay on top of the top navigation bar and graphic area.
