I need a custom PHP script that does the following:
Schedules and Sends at least 100,000 emails a day.
Toggles the number of emails sent per second.
Checks if email is delivered and if not delivered after some deletes the email address.
The script should be set up on a server that can handle the traffic without sending mail to spam box.
The developer will be paid after developing the script and recommending and hosting the scrip on a mail service.
