We built a new WordPress site for a client, but now we are having trouble moving all of their content from their old site to the new site. We need someone to do this for us. We tried the XML export, but it fails. We have a mysql file, but are unsure how to get that to work. The site has a lot of blog posts and content.
The old site does NOT have Cpanel or phpmyadmin, it uses Cloudsites, so a 3rd party program must be used to download a copy of the database. We have done this already.
