Goal:
Create a Single Page which creates and sends emails to 4 icontact lists located in two separate icontact accounts.
Delivery: You must be able to deliver script preview within 5 business days. And final within 7 days.
You must review attachment because I already set up core php file with variables, possible password protect and initial web form
