I need a web portal for schools ( high school or secondary and tertiary or university ) .
Basically it should have 3 levels of admin . It should be for subject/course registration , display of results , announcements , login should be by a user name and password . Students should be able to pay for school fees by a PIN and also check results with the use of a PIN too .
