I originally awarded this project to someone who was not capable of completing as promised. I am currently going through the site & creating a list of tasks that need to be done. I will send you the list in pmb.
Apparently the site was created using displays heavily, which means that the site/template will need a rework after the initial content is moved over. So, there will be additional work if you take this on and your quality of work is good.
