We currently have an intranet based system programmed in PHP which was approx 6 months work. We now need to develop a new system, based on this system. What I mean by this is that a lot of this system needs to be copied onto the new system but tidied and rewritten as you go.
The code is all php and uses a MySQL database. A full project document is available to the successful applicant. To give you an idea on how much to bid I would estimate this to be 1 month full time to complete.
