We have the following problem:
– after server updated (Normal windows update), we have no access to the remote server over RDP. the rdp port is deleted and we tried to establish the RDP from CMD, but any time that we try to access, the port delete and we canot access anymore. we got an article from Microsoft that this error accrued after an update of the server but didnt mentioned the solution.
– we have no physical access to the server only over ssl consul and then cmd.
