We are in need of a mod for VB Version 4.1.11 that makes it necessary to pay to create a thread in certain forums that we designate. The posts should be able to be submitted for mod approval and once approved, the user would be sent a PM with a PayPal payment link. Once payment is made, the thread should automatically go live.
We do not want replies made to paid posts to cause the post to “bump”.
