I need someone to CSSize (no Tables please) the PDF file, I think I already have everything sliced correctly placed, you may need to double check just to be sure.
Basically you will be modifying the current theme, adding in the header and footer from the Photoshop file. The current theme needs to be edited to fit in the design.
