Static HTML / CSS build of 3 web pages, from provided designs (in PSD format). HTML 5 / CSS 3 fine and preferred, but pages must be tested and optimized for all browsers (Down to IE7).
Attention to detail is important, we need the pages to look identical to the PSDs.
We need a quick turn around on this, so we can integrate the content management system.
