I have a psd file of my client that i need converted to xhtml/css template to be used on Joomla. Configuration and integration onto the joomla platform is also required. There will be one main template page as well as a feedback form. there will be more projects of this nature and we are looking for reliable designers who work quickly, professionally and have excellent prices.
