we need to have a large file with thousands of records formatted in xml to be changed around by uploading it in php and click a button to convert it to another xml format by changing some of the tag headings and xml layout. Most of the changes are search and replace tag headings, but there are some places where it will need to be analyzed as to what record something belongs in and then change it to another location inside that record.
