I am looking for a highly competent programmer/designer/developer to build an image social network up from scratch. Its design and development will be similar to www.pinterest.com, however, there are many more features that need to be tweaked and added. I am not looking for a clone; I am looking to build something similar yet unique in its own way.
You must be able to suggest a platform to build the website on (e.g. PHP or ruby on rails)
