This is a simple template and not a complex one like those from template clubs. An expert should be able to do it in a snap. The integrated drop menu used legacy flatlist under J1.5 so I know it will not work in J25. In order to make the work easier you will just need to remove the menu and replace it with a module position so that I can use a commercial menu module.
