Perl/cgi Script – Flash Upload Error

I have a site that uses a PERL script that has a Flash Upload issue.

When a file is selected it shows in the Flash box and then when UPLOAD is clicked it doesn’t upload and then disappears.

I need this corrected as soon as possible.
