Dear Sir,
change existing joomla website template to something better and flexible. Template should have three columns of LEFT > CONTENT > RIGHT. We want the side columns to accommodate modules. Some of the side modules will accommodate barnner images.
Rearrange homepage with your discretion. Among others, homepage should have dynamic slide barnner (you will design barnners), Tab (for speakers) and modules.
