But these are the must rules –
1 – It all has to stay on my website – it can’t redirect someone to a different website to hear the text spoken.
2 – Must have a male and female voice option.
3 – Must have the option of changing speed faster and slower – at least 3 levels each way.
4 – Must highlight the text as it’s said.
