Have a draft of a webform that will need to work with handheld devices; iPhone,iPad, Android and Blackberry. The first item on the form needs to be a sequential number generated when the form is submitted. The form also needs to allow pictures to be taken with device camera when a button is clicked and sent with the data to the backend DB when the form is submitted.
