I need a website built with the following items, requirements:
1. Joomla site with bright feel similar to www.loydmorningnews.com.
2. All pages: header with Company banner left and phone number right, that links to contact us page.
3. All pages: Footer with random satisfied customers logos (from logo pool), and another contact us link.
4. Main page: Showcase plugin – scrolling, rotating images for the 4 different company sites (and ability to add more later).
