There are 20 php pages on my website coded with open-source Smarty, ie .tpl files. That is, you must be totally conversant with Smarty.
All the functions, menu options, menu bars, side bars, buttons, visual displays and features and so on are working fine. Only problem is that the pages currently look UGLY.
I have new PSD files for 20 site pages to be modified to the new looks. Some even have html files already designed by designers previously.
