We have a completely set up functioning LIVE shopping cart (using OpenCart).
What we are looking for is an automated cron to grab orders from our call center (via FTP) and have these orders imported into our Opencart Database such that:
a) inventory control is maximized (item count goes down with each imported order(s).)
b) the cron happens at a rate that does not tax the server but also keeps inventory numbers regulated
c) after each cron an email is sent to the store owner to announce…
