I need a quote form added to the front page of my Magento store.
The quote form will have three stages.
I have most of the code and scripts required.
I want this added using good css etc.
Basically you will choose a boat type from a list, select what type of sail you are looking for, enter your contact info and submit the quote which will be emailed to an email address.
