I want to design a system with multiple user levels and types that allows people to join as a certain type and post jobs while others join and submit for those jobs. There will also be a system for job agents that manage multiple people looking for jobs and can submit for them. I need the ability to customize every category and subcategory. People who submit for jobs need to be able to link multiple accounts together in case a agent makes an account for them and they want one for themselves.
