I have attached a icon that is black in outline and looks like a sketch. I need someone who can replicate this same format including outline and everything. As close to this format as possible. But I need the following changes and would need you to design it with the updates as follow:
1. Change White Paper Icon with an Iphone/Mobile phone looking outline.
2. Leave the Text Download, but replace 2011 Exercise with New Apps
