I need to edit a theme to add a video to it.

I need to add a video box where you currently see the pictures of the towers (above the words “Sign up”). I only want to add it to the home page, nothing else.
I need to be able to access the video from my wp-admin panel and would love it even more if it were a widget or something really simple.
