I need a form creator put on my wordpress website, side by side packages.
With a “sign up now” below each one, those fields will have a price assigned to them.
Then that information needs to be saved and send to the admin email; then they go to the payment system which is embedded into wordpress that takes the payment “paypal”. which is then also sent to the admin email.
Need this done TODAY!
