Make a newsletter signup Form (fields: name, city, email, email again)
Collect field data in mysql database.
1 Send email to client with eemail confirmation URL
2 Send confirmation link to client with personal message.
3 Send webmaster email with collected data.
You must use a seperate text file that can be used to easily edit with the messages to the client.
