Porting Ada Program To Android/java

I need a coder who can port 870 kB (WITH comments, uncompressed) of Ada code to Android.

So far the program is command line only so that it is system-independent. When it is ported to Android, it is enough if it works in the console (no graphics/layout needed). But it must be written in Java so that it runs on an Android device as an application.
