We need fast turn arround for PSD to XHTML service.
PSD is not complicated, consists of 5 pages, which are nearly same.
Requirements:
– Needs to be hand writen,
– Clean, commented code (CSS),
– CSS3 must be used (for rounded borders, shadows etc…),
– Footer must be always on bottom,
– Flexible header/footer,
– etc… I believe all this is regular so no big deal about that.
