We are looking to develop an eBay “sniper” application. What it does use the eBay API and monitor an auction, then with a very short time remaining, it places your bid, thus making it likely you will win the auction.
We are looking to initially release this for Android, hopefully iOS will follow.
Regarding language, we are open to suggestion, however we are considering either Java or HTML5/CSS3/JS
