I’m looking for someone who can program for a script like this site:

( this site let members submit a form of their release and show them in tables and have archives for the groups and series and related things )
With some change of course but it’s the same concept, and I want the script be linked to vBulletin Forum script so it will show in the same style and layout.
And yes my site is an Arabic site so the script will support Arabic characters.
