All work to be completed and all pages and functions to be tested and in great working order before project is considered finished. This is a working url, so all work to be done on my server in a different url and than transferred over to the actual url. Current site to be remain intact and in working order in the event owner wants to go back to it. Final testing of completeness to be done in the final URL server.
