I am revising my website, so I need a new header and footer, and a blank template page incorporating them both. The website currently runs on IIS as ASP (not ASP.net), so the includes should be .inc files, and the template page should be a .ASP page.
I will provide the logo but the rest of the header needs to be new and fresh.
