Looking to get a Bluetooth Proximity advertising app for Android phone. Software will be able to build the ad and send out to Bluetooth in its presense.
Similar to this bluemagnet.com or blueminer.net
Or andcast.com but more involved in ad building.
Must work with HTC incredible
