We need a specialist to simply implement the design in psd and html the template.
The specialist will also need to improve a little bit the design buttons, font, main links.
IMPORTANT. We do not want a new design, we want to keep the same structure, colours, background, menu, elements… We just need to make it revised and improved by a designer.
