I am looking for something very similar to www.rentalsource.com in both design and functionality. Would add 2 or 3 more fields to the info displayed with each listing.
This is a custom site – not wordpress or other off-the-shelf software. Must run fast and handle thousands of records. Once established there will likely be ongoing work.
