I need a very quick design (need html and css)
considering a major portion of this design is just a nice header and then the interior page, it should be very quick and easy. I will only pay a small amount for this..
I main page just needs a header like on pinterest and then i need the page for when you click on an image http://pinterest.com/pin/82050024430638289/ and just for the user page
