Convert A Joomla 1.0 Template To Joomla 1.5

Need a joomla 1.0 template converted to 1.5 and implemented. I can provide all of the Joomla 1.0 template files. You can view the website here: lvtc.com, it is currently Joomla 1.0. Needs to have the dynamic horizontal flyout menus.
