This is the problem:
A webshop moved to another hostingaccount. Original it was setup with a ‘standalone’ installation. At the new hostingaccount Installatron (Direct Admin) is used for the Magento installation.
The owner of the webshop backupped the shop with Installatron and performed a update to the newest version.
After the update there was a problem with the delivery methods and its prices. So the owner (who does not have knowledge of Magento) used the backup he made …
