Looking for programmer to convert index page swf file to html 5 or jquery since swf will no longer be supported.
PLEASE ADVISE WHAT VERSION YOU WILL PROVIDE UPON COMPLETION
The site is not swf only header banner

The conversion must include completed index and working files for us to upload.
