I have a world map that allows customers to find a distributor in their country. When a user selects a specific country the image of the country enlarges and a form is displayed. Currently, when the user submits the form, a thank you message is displayed at the bottom of the form but the form & country remain on the screen causing the user to believe that the form was not submitted.
