I need someone who can create a wordpress plugin that displays popup window similar to http://www.actionpopup.com or http://www.popupdomination.com but with the following features. Should be always on top like actionpopup but no close button.
1. The plugin should have a password field where the user has to input password to remove the popup. If the visitor has the password, store in cookies and the user should not see the popup until the password expires.
