Looking for a really nice wordpress blog theme for my existing blog. I want it to look something like this:

I want something similar or even better theme installed on my wordpress site. You will have to put graphics, remove demo text and make it look like a fully working “professional” website.
You can custom design it or just get me this or a similar wordpress blog theme.
I’m open to new ideas, if you have better themes already built, then send me the link.
