now this email list they all have to be geo targeted at where i live in Kilmore Victoria Australia, approx 300 kilometre from here,
it should be residential and commercial as well as rural this is to be used as marketing only so no false addresses all has to be real and authentic. also i will need help to load all emails to send out marketing letters so they do not spam,
