I need two custom plugins made:
1) This plugin is like the pay to post plugin found here:

My goal is to charge people $40 to post a thread in the advertising section of my forum.
2) This plugin will charge people $40 to bump/promote a thread to the top of the list in any forum.
Please advise if you can do either or both of these and what pricing.
