I will need simple buyer / seller website setup. The website will act as a “broker” to help buyers and sellers meet to be able to buy/sell a particular item of interest. I am not going to divulge what the “item of interest” is or what the website will be about (ie what buyers and sellers can transact) as I do not want to give out too much information to the public until I find the right programmer.
