I would like a system built to allow an organization to keep track of all the cases it has to manage.
A case would be any citizen coming and having an inquiry or a need.
The system should produce reports of cases opened in a month, how much are outstanding, etc.
The preferred languages to be used are:
Operating System – Linux Ubuntu 10.04
Application Server – Glassfish
Programming – HTML/CSS/JSF with Facelets/Java Servlets.
