Import Text From Excelfile To WordPress

i have a excelfile with posts from a old system. But i need you for import this post in my WordPress. i have try with wp plugin CSVimporter but this sucks. Too many wrong post:-(

Must import “post_title”,”post_categories”,”post_post”
