I have an 8.5×5.5 flyer design. I need the design to be 22 inches (w) x 28 inches (h)
Leave one inch border so finished size is 21 x 27.
I wil provide psd files from original flyer and also a sponsoring logo needs to go on the poster. The poster will have to be redesign to meet the specs.
